Jason C. McDonald, Esq.

Jason C. McDonald comes from Trinidad & Tobago and is currently the Managing Partner of the firm.  Jason practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Real Estate & Foreclosure Defense, Family Law, Wills/Trusts & Probate, Immigration, and Personal Injury. 

Jason received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2008, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. Jason also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Policy and Management from Florida International University.

Jason has worked in management and consultant positions with the State of Florida for over 13 years and has also worked with several eminent law firms in South Florida practicing Business and Civil Litigation, and Foreclosure. He is admitted to practice in the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and is also a trained mediator. 

Jason is affiliated with several Law Associations, including the Caribbean Bar Association, Willie D. Ferguson Jr., Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
